Group Fitness Class Descriptions
Get fit, get strong, and have fun in a group setting. Membership at The MAC includes over 100 complimentary classes per week led by the area’s most experienced and qualified instructors. No reservation required, with the exception of Cycling, TRX, and Aerial Yoga.
