Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from MSU with a Sport Psychology Cognate & Specialization in Health Promotion. Yoga training from Yoga Alliance affiliated Hilltop Yoga. Yoga  for Healing Trauma training from UpRising Yoga. Teaching yoga since 2007. Former MSU pole-vaulter. Former MAC Fitness Manager.

Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Brown University, currently pursuing PhD in Organizational Psychology at MSU. 200 RYT from South Boston Yoga.
