Cardio TennisA fun, total-body workout for tennis players of all abilities. This group-based activity begins with a short warm-up, followed by a high-energy cardio workout, and finishes with a cool down. See you on the tennis courts!
Cardio LiteThis class is designed for those who want to improve their tennis game, work on their fitness at a slightly slower pace than the regular cardio class. This class will involve deadball drills, live ball play, and court movement to music.
Cardio BlastJoin us for a ramped up version of the original! Cardio Blast is not for the faint hearted or first-time tennis player. Participants must be able to sustain a rally and have a basic understanding of tennis strokes and general play.
